Q: I printed my document from the computer but it didn't print out? What do I need to do?
1) Need to check the printers name in the printer properties, it should be City Hub or RotokauriHub
2) Make sure you have enough credit on your card.
3) Swipe your card on the side of the machine in order to access the printer menu.
Q: How do I print if I have forgotten my ID card?
You can type your username and password on the printer and you can print/copy if you have enough printing credit. If you do not have enough credit, you can top up (EFTPOS only) the printing/copying credit at the cashier in A block next to the Enrolment Centre.
Q: Can I print from my own laptop?
Unfortunately, students are not able to print from their personal devices. You will need to use Wintec computers to do your printing.
Q: What is the maximum amount I can top up my ID card for printing at any one time?

A: Please swipe your ID card on the device on the Printer and the balance will be displayed - please remember to push 'cancel' to finish the session
