If you are having problems getting into the library databases or OneSearch, then try clearing your browser history. This article gives a good overview on how to do it.
Once your browser history is cleared, you should be able to search the databases and OneSearch again.
Note that it is best to use Chrome, Edge or Firefox for searching. Internet Explorer is not recommended for use.
